Accessibility
Website accessibility is hugely important in ensuring that the maximum amount of users can access the content of a site. Only 25% of FTSE100 companies meet W3C WCAG guidelines for accessibility and even though mandated by regulation many government sites do not meet the required standards.
Solid State Group build all of our sites to valid XHTML 1.1 as can be reflected by a W3C Validator check on our site, and whenever necessary we build sites to W3C WCAG 2.0 level A, AA or AAA.
Our Content Management System, Cookie Jar, significantly helps us achieve this by enforcing industry leading standards and allowing us to lock down templates ensuring compliancy.
