XHTML and CSS template developer
Job Description
Working within a small technology team you will be responsible to building websites using XHTML, CSS, Javascript, JSP, Java tag libraries and other relevant technologies for many of our clients.
Most sites that you will build will be running on WebDeck our content management system. You will learn to deploy and maintain sites running on WebDeck and gradually pick up enough Java to add custom functionality on top of the current CMS code base.
You will be client facing and be able to understand client requirements and run small projects autonomously.
You must be able to fit into a small company and be flexible to take on all sorts of tasks.
Candidate Requirements
XHTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX & web technologies - 2-3 years
JSP, Tag libraries - would be useful
SQL, MSSQL, MySQL etc - familiar
Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator - 2 years
Degree in computer related sciences, or conversion
Ideally 1 years industrial experience in relevant industry
Able to work in the UK and travel into central London daily
Remuneration: £20,000 - £25,000 Location: Old Street, London, UK
