Solid State Group launch Propertyinvestment.co.uk site
This February, Solid State Group have completed the web build for Propertyinvestment.co.uk, a new company which aims to provide individuals with much of the help advice and support they need to become successful investors in property, especially overseas.
Solid State Group were introduced to the project at the inception and have been involved throughout its entirety. Initially, the project focused on usability testing with target user groups to establish the most intuitive site layout and navigation. The creative design was then laid on top of these findings. Interactive features were added to help users navigate to their property of choice, via a flash interactive map, and further explore the properties’ full particulars.

Propertyinvestment.co.uk has been set up with the specific aim of helping potential buyers make an informed choice and not get caught out by some of the common mistakes buyers make. To help buyers, the company offers:
- Guide to Property Investment: The guide is aimed at individuals who have perhaps been attracted by the idea of overseas property investment but who have yet to take the plunge. It does not purport to, nor can it, provide all the answers but it should provide enough information to take the next step and help address commonly made mistakes.
- Website: One of the most comprehensive and user-friendly sites available. It also answers meaningfully, many of the questions that a potential investor might have including, mortgage calculators, prices in local currency and £s sterling, price per sq ft and sq m, video tours of developments, search by ski, beach or golf resorts, and knowledge centre.
