As part of the contract with the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) to provide careers advice management Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG), contractors have to provide timely, monthly statistical returns based on the number of information and advice sessions given. These totals are submitted along with a breakdown of service users ("clients") into groups by gender, ethnicity, age, qualifications and other factors.
